About Us

Rooted in Tradition, Growing for Tomorrow

Our story begins generations ago on a small homestead, where a love for the land was planted by my grandparents and has grown ever since. As a third-generation Godkin, I’m proud to carry on this family tradition, learning firsthand from my parents, who have spent over 55 years growing vibrant fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

In 2023, we launched a special project together: cultivating premium Red Russian Garlic on part of our family’s original nine-acre homestead. What started as a personal passion quickly grew into something more — a way to honor our family history and share the fruits (and bulbs!) with our community.

Located beside the scenic Trans Canada Trail, my parents gardens have long been a favorite viewing spot or a stop for walkers, joggers, and cyclists to pick up fresh, homegrown produce. Now we’re excited to offer our garlic both on-site and soon, online — so even more people can enjoy a taste of our family’s hard work.
